MECIT has its brand new library building which was inaugurated in Spring 2010. The library is well equipped with a strong collection of 22,000 titles comprising of text books, reference books, general books on various topics, periodicals, audio visual materials and scientific journals.

The new two floored state of art building comprises of two reading areas with an area of 2000 sq meters each with a seating capacity of 300. The ground floor is equipped with a large reading room with a capacity of 150 users and facilities like periodicals and circulations section and reference sections.

In addition to the reading room, the first floor has modern facilities like an Audio visual section, book stacks, faculty research section, reading carrels and country specific section.
