• Providing educational programs addressing topics (like - teaching strategies for underperformers, classroom management, stress management etc) which would inform and advise teachers.
• Recording relevant cases and writing reports to make recommendations on actions to be taken by teachers, parents, and others who are involved.

• Responsible for providing a holistic student experience on campus whereby the overt and latent meta-curricular potential of MECIT students are honed and developed.

Ideal candidate should have a Masters with specialisation in computer science with one or more key areas:

• Hardware and Networking/ Wireless technology/ Artificial intelligence and expert systems/Data warehousing/ Database administration. Professional certification such as Oracle/ Cisco/ IBM/Sun/Microsoft would be an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge/skills working with Photoshop, Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects, 3D Studio Max, Macromedia director, Sony Vegas etc.

He should have knowledge of contemporary networking technology including TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, VPN, Ethernet, wireless networks, routing, firewalls, Internet service, network security practices, network management software and have experience in systems/network administration for Windows and Linux systems

Ideal candidate should possess a PhD/ Masters degree in education or other related fields with significant experience in a reputed college in a similar role. He should provide advice and guidance on developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures designed to improve the quality of education, play a strategic role in all education activities and work closely with colleagues in improving the institution’s performance by identifying and disseminating good practice.

Ideal candidate should possess an engineering degree in Civil Engineering or Logistics with 2-5 years experience in managing small to medium size projects. Experience in GCC region will be an advantage. He will be responsible for efficient jobsite operations, maintaining the procedural and administrative aspects of the project, prepare project plans, liaise with internal and external entities and ensure smooth running and handover of assigned projects.
